The heart behind the mission and vision of 420 is to build the Lord a resting place in our city. We've learned that in order to host the Lord, he requires our obedience, thanksgiving, praise, and adoration. Ministering TO the Lord is our highest value. Therefore we want to be careful and prayerful about how we can continue to grow while keeping ministry unto the Lord the central piece of our calling.

"There we two hundred eighty-eight of these men, and all of them were skilled musicians. David assigned them their duties by asking the Lord what he wanted. Everyone was responsible for something, whether young or old, teacher or student." 1 Chronicles 25:7

Our vision for the Media team is two fold.

1. We want to capture the Lord's heart in our midst!

2. We want to see creatives come alive in the Presence of God

The Media Team consists of:

- Photographers

- Videographers

- Creatives

There will be no branding to follow, no presets for pictures, no font to use, etc. If you are going to serve on the media team, it's because the Lord has gifted you with creativity and an ability to see Him in the room. Think of yourself as a scribe. A scribe would document everything that the Lord says and does. What does that look like today in our house? A big part of that will be up to you.

Modern Day Scribes

As a modern day scribe, you will be assigned one week of the month to observe the Lord in our midst and document what He is saying and doing through whatever mode of media you choose. It could be through photography or videography. You could create Reels, 10 minute videos, a photo collage. Whatever it may be the only requirement you'll have is that you're creating WITH the Lord. What does it look like for you to create something beautiful in His presence that communicates His very heart? We can't wait to find out.
